FlexTrade Systems in Pune invites a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract to join our IT recruitment team. You will deploy sourcing techniques, manage interviews, and drive bulk hiring while maintaining ATS records.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in 360-degree recruitment, strong communication, and experience with IT roles; familiarity with capital markets is a plus. You will coordinate with vendors and attend career events.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a 360-process recruitment role (agency or in-house).
• Experience in IT sector preferred.
• Experience coordinating interviews and meetings effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with initiative and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches.
• Expand the use of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to maximize recruitment reach.
• Line up candidates for recruitment drives and accelerate hiring for bulk needs.
• Headhunt for niche skills and identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors for timely support and quality candidates.
• Upload test results and follow up for assessment reminders.
• Schedule telephone and face-to-face interview slots into hiring managers’ diaries.
• Provide thorough interview feedback and updates to candidates and managers.
• Maintain the ATS and keep applications up to date.
• Keep vacancies on track with a steady flow of suitable candidates.
• Attend career fairs and recruitment events.

FlexTrade is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Pune team. The successful candidate will be energetic with excellent communication skills and have a real passion for recruitment.

This is a 6-month contract position

The role:

• Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches

• Expand the use of job portals such asNaukri, LinkedIn, etc. to maximize recruitment reach

• Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs

• Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles

• Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions

• Upload test results/ follow up for assessment reminders

• Booking telephone and face-to-face interview slots into hiring/line manager’s diaries

• Provide thorough interview feedback and application updates to all candidates and line managers

• Maintain the ATS and ensure applications are processed in a timely manner and information kept up to date

• Ensure that all vacancies are kept on track with a steady flow of suitable candidates

• Attending career fairs and recruitment events

• Good to have experience from capital market domain

• In house recruitment/sourcing for lateral roles

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a 360-process recruitment role - can be agency or in-house background

• Experience will preferably be within the IT sector

• Experience of coordinating/organizing interviews and meetings efficiently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
