About You

As a hands‑on HR Generalist, you will manage end‑to‑end HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced IT environment, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, HRIS management, and employee support. You are a proactive and detail‑oriented professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling multiple priorities, working independently, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a seamless employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing end‑to‑end HR operations and employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced IT environment.
• Managing onboarding and exit processes, including documentation and employee records.
• Handling payroll inputs, leave management, and compensation support.
• Working on HRIS (BambooHR or similar) for data accuracy and reporting.
• Vendor management of HR/Admin vendors and stakeholder coordination (Finance, IT, Admin).
• Driving employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
• Ensuring policy compliance and audit readiness.
• Supporting recruitment activities, offer rollouts, and background verification.
• Handling employee queries, letters, and HR operations tasks.
• Supporting employee travels & coordinating visa process & paperwork.
• Coordinating employee benefits as required, preferably.

Qualifications

• 5 to 6 years HR Generalist experience in IT/Software industry.
• Based in Pune; comfortable with work from office (5 days).
• Strong HR operations and employee lifecycle management experience.
• Hands‑on with HRIS tools and payroll processes, HR audits & compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Stable career background.
