World Wide Technology invites an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad/Bangalore. The role demands 7–10 years of hands-on US IT/Technical recruitment experience and strong sourcing capabilities.

You will post jobs, screen candidates, manage the applicant tracking system, and collaborate with resource managers to fill needs, while leveraging AI-driven tools to boost efficiency and outcomes. Excellent communication with candidates is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on US IT/Technical recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter is mandatory.
• Experience recruiting for complex US technical roles across networking, infrastructure, cloud, etc.
• Experience with AI-driven recruiting practices and automation to improve sourcing and engagement.
• Experience in VMS/MSP-driven recruitment environment.

Title: US IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Helps support the company’s overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals
• Coordinates with resource managers to fulfil the business needs
• Posts jobs online, screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool
• Attends cadence calls to ensure the candidates are moving through the process
• Coordinates and conducts pre-screening, technical interviews with resource managers
• Proactively researches and evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Establishes and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings
• Meets management/ leadership objective and requirements as assigned throughout the year

Qualification

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment
• Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Beline, and LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory and non-negotiable
• Demonstrated success recruiting for complex US technical roles across multiple technology domains, including Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, and A
• Strong understanding of AI-driven recruiting practices, with hands-on experience e leveraging AI tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and overall recruiter productivity
• Experience working in VMS/MSP‑driven recruitment environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
