Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in end-to-end technology hiring especially for product development environment.
• Understanding the requirements as regards the job profile and specifications of the company.
• Sourcing, Screening, Calling, Coordinating Interviews will be the prime responsibility of this role.
• Leveraging on Job Portals & social media to penetrate IT professionals network globally.
• Good communication skills & proficiency to work in MS Suites is required.
• Negotiate salary and manage candidates compensation expectations.
• Recruiting, matching and pool management.
• Work with Hiring Managers and ensuring the timelines of sourcing are met.
• Draws‑up and posts adequate publications to attract candidate.
