About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for tech roles including Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels—LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical fit, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and generate recruitment reports regularly.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a startup or product company.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and hiring dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Instahyre etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

• Prior experience hiring for product-based startups.
• Familiarity with ATS tools like Lever, Greenhouse, or Freshteam.
• A passion for employer branding and talent marketing.
