What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Experience working with recruitment targets and delivery metrics.
• Comfortable working US shifts.

Preferred:

• Experience working with US job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, or similar platforms.
• Experience recruiting for a range of US IT skill sets.
