Job summary

Finoit Technologies is seeking a dynamic US Staffing Recruiter with IT and non-IT staffing experience. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US clients, with expertise in recruitment tools, portals, and effective negotiation.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, build and maintain relationships with candidates and consultants, and ensure timely onboarding while meeting submission and closure targets.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of US staffing/recruitment experience.
• Proficient in evaluating candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, TN).
• Experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 contracts.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen candidates from job portals, internal databases, and networking.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirements to onboarding.
• Build relationships with candidates and consultants and maintain follow-up.
• Negotiate pay rates, compensation, and contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, immigration, and hiring procedures.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for submissions and closures.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update records in ATS/CRM.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US clients, with a strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and effective negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, and networking.
• Work on full recruitment lifecycle: understanding client requirements, sourcing profiles, evaluating candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and consultants while maintaining regular follow-up.
• Negotiate pay rates, compensation, and contract terms with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, immigration (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen), and hiring procedures.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for candidate submissions and closures.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update records in ATS/CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher degree
• 4-8 years of proven experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, TN, US Citizen).
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 contracts.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
• Familiarity with VMS portals and direct clients is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, social media, and networking.
