Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives across applications, cloud, AI, APIs, platform modernization, and digital transformation
• Drive effective planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within scope, schedule, quality and budget
• Define scope, objectives, milestones and success criteria; develop project plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans
• Establish governance, reporting cadence and documentation standards; monitor progress, dependencies and deliverables
• Engage business, technical teams, vendors and leadership; conduct governance meetings and status reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive issue resolution and maintain RAID log
• Coordinate cross-functional teams; assign responsibilities and foster collaboration
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies; ensure PMO compliance and lessons learned
• Monitor budgets and forecasts; manage vendor deliverables and commercial governance
