Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee software development and product engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing projects from conception to delivery.

Responsibility

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing team workload while meeting project deadlines and milestones.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
• Agile Methodologies: Implement and manage Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to optimize project efficiency and responsiveness to change.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on project progress using appropriate tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software development and product engineering.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex software projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and software development technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience on cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Preferred Qualification

• At least have domain experience in any one of the fields – Content Management, E‑Commerce, Media and Entertainment, or general Enterprises.
• Worked on core product engineering organization, at least one in entire professional experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
