Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects from planning through production support.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Establish project plans, governance mechanisms, delivery processes, and reporting structures.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with expected quality.
• Track project progress, identify deviations early, and drive corrective actions.
• Manage multiple projects/workstreams and prioritize competing requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders for project delivery.
• Build relationships with client managers, product owners, technology leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance calls.
• Proactively communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Understand client expectations and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for expanding the engagement and supporting additional client initiatives.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams comprising developers, testers, business analysts, architects, DevOps, and other resources.
• Establish ownership, accountability, and delivery expectations across the team.
• Conduct 1:1s, performance discussions, and career development conversations.
• Identify skill gaps and create training/upskilling plans.
• Build a high‑performance culture focused on ownership, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager with 12–15+ years of experience in managing complex technology projects and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of end‑to‑end project delivery, client relationship management, team leadership, financial management, risk management, and continuous improvement. The person should be comfortable working with senior client stakeholders and technology leadership and should be able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology projects from planning through implementation and production support.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Establish project plans, governance mechanisms, delivery processes, and reporting structures.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with expected quality.
• Track project progress, identify deviations early, and drive corrective actions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Financial & Commercial Management

• Own project financials, including revenue, margins, resource utilization, and forecasting.
• Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities for improving delivery efficiency.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, utilization, and capacity requirements.
• Support estimation, proposal development, SOW preparation, and commercial discussions.
• Ensure projects operate within approved budgets and contractual commitments.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Establish effective RAID management and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Identify potential delivery, technical, resource, financial, and operational risks.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans for high‑impact risks.
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining ownership until closure.

Agile & Process Management

• Drive Agile/Scrum practices across project teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization as required.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
