Job summary

LanceSoft India seeks a Technical Project Manager / BA specialized in FLEXCUBE for a on-site Bangalore engagement. The role requires 15+ years of FLEXCUBE experience, with hands-on work across development, support and deployment within banking projects.

Ideal candidates will have deep FCUBS V11.x to 14.x expertise, core banking implementation know-how, and strong SDLC, Oracle PL/SQL and API/Microservices skills. Immediate notice period is preferred for contract-based work lasting 12 months.

Qualifications

• Engineer / postgraduate with 15+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE hands on experience with product development, support and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with FCUBS V11.x to 14.x versions.
• Experience in Core Banking implementation as Consultant, Solution Architect or Senior Product Developer.
• Experience in Core Banking Upgrade and Data migration.
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming along with API/REST APIs, Microservices, Batch processing, etc.
• Strong understanding of SDLC process.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Banking Operations in Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance and related channels.
• Experience in Banking Production Support is an advantage.
• Experience in Digital Core Transformation projects is an added advantage.

We have new opportunity for the role "Technical Project Manager / BA - Flexcube - Banking" with our client.

Location - Bangalore - onsite

Duration - 12 months of contract

Notice period - Immediate preferred/ 30 days max

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Strong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.
• Strong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.
• Engineer / Postgraduate with 15+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE hands on experience with product development, support and implementation.
• Having Extensive hands‑on experience in FCUBS V11.x to 14.x versions.
• Experience in any core banking implementation as Consultant or Solution Architect or Senior Product developer is mandatory.
• Experience in Core Banking Upgrade and Data migration.
• Knowledge of Oracle PL / SQL programming is must along with various integration methods API/REST APIs, Microservices, Batch processing, etc.
• Strong understanding of Hardware structure and knowledge about various platforms Unix/Linus/AIX will be added advantage.
• Strong understanding of SDLC process
