Job summary

Unison Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant with 5-8 years of experience to lead technical aspects of FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking implementations. You will install, configure, and support environments, and coordinate with teams to ensure successful migration and deployment.

The role requires hands-on experience with migration design, SIT/UAT support, and Go-Live readiness, ensuring a stable production environment and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in technical implementation and support of FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking modules.
• Experience with migration design, build and testing support in implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide core technical implementation support for FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking modules throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Perform product installation, technical setup, configuration, and implementation support activities
• Support technical teams in setting up and maintaining FLEXCUBE and Oracle Banking product environments
• Work on migration design, build, and testing support activities as part of implementation projects
• Support migration-related technical activities and assist in identifying and resolving migration issues
• Provide support for non-functional activities required during implementation
• Work closely with relevant technical and project teams to support environment readiness and technical implementation requirements
• Provide technical support during SIT and UAT, including troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution support
• Support testing teams in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth progress of SIT/UAT activities
• Provide technical support during Go-Live, including implementation readiness, deployment support, issue resolution, and stabilization activities
• Coordinate with various technical teams to ensure smooth execution of implementation activities from installation through Go-Live
