Job summary
JMR Infotech is seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Technical Consultant for Managed Services. You will handle L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and application maintenance for FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions.
The role requires collaboration with client IT teams, Oracle product teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and stability of production environments. Prior MS support experience is a plus.

- Strong SQL/PLSQL troubleshooting and RCA capability.
- Experience with REST/SOAP interfaces and deployment processes.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x(14.5 onwards) Technical Consultant to join the Managed Services (MS) Support team. The candidate will be responsible for L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, application maintenance, performance tuning, deployments, and technical enhancements for Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions. The role requires close collaboration with client IT teams, Oracle product teams, infrastructure teams, and business users to ensure high availability and stability of production environments. The technical skills align with current FLEXCUBE 14.x managed services expectations across the industry.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x (14.5 onwards).
- Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor application logs, batch jobs, and interfaces.
- Support End-of-Day (EOD), Beginning-of-Day (BOD), and month-end/year-end activities.
- Develop and troubleshoot SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Analyze Java logs, WebLogic logs, and FLEXCUBE application logs.
- Deploy FLEXCUBE patches, customizations, and hotfixes across environments.
- Coordinate releases and production deployments.
- Perform application health checks and performance tuning.
- Support integrations with external banking systems through REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and gateway services.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, DBA, Middleware, and Network teams to resolve environment-related issues.
- Prepare RCA documents, SOPs, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Participate in 247 production support and on-call rotation.
