Job summary

Gyanmatrix Technologies in Jaipur is seeking an experienced FLEXCUBE Engineer to provide production and application support for FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions. The role focuses on BAU activities, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting deployments to ensure smooth banking operations.

You will handle BAU issues, support EOD/EOM/EOY windows, DR drills, and collaborate with clients while working from the Jaipur office daily.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FLEXCUBE Core Banking experience
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience handling production support and deployments
• Good client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle FLEXCUBE BAU issues, analyse root causes and provide fixes
• Provide FCC EOD, EOM and EOY production support
• Support production deployment activities
• Support major deployment activities, Disaster Recovery movements and DR drills
• Interact with clients and resolve production issues

Requirements

• 4+ years of FLEXCUBE Core Banking experience
• Strong knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules: LC, BC, CL, ELCM, FT, CASA, SFMS and SWIFT
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Experience handling production support and deployments
• Good client communication skills
