• Handle customization, implementation, and integration with external banking systems.
• Provide UAT, Production Support, Release Deployment, and Patch Validation.
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Vendor, and Technology teams.
• Support EOD activities, parameter configurations, and change request deployments.
• Identify system improvements and recommend process optimization.
