Job summary

Unison Group in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Flexcube Functional Business Analyst with 5–10 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE experience to work with customers and cross-functional teams on implementations and support.

You will lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, BRD creation, data migration planning, and test cycles (SIT/UAT), ensuring smooth solutioning and successful deployments across Oracle Banking products.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Functional BA / Functional Consultant in Banking.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Good exposure to OBPY and Oracle Banking Party.
• Experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional solutioning, and documentation.
• Hands-on data migration, mapping, and testing activities.
• Knowledge of SIT, UAT, defect management, and functional validation.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with business, functional, technical, and testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demos, collect requirements, run workshops, and discuss business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against FLEXCUBE, OBPY, and Oracle Banking Party capabilities.
• Participate in functional solution discussions and recommend suitable product/configuration solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and functional scenarios.
• Define data migration processes, source-to-target mapping, transformation requirements, and validation.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, test case prep, defect analysis and resolution.
• Address customer queries and provide functional clarifications throughout projects.
• Coordinate with development, integration, migration, and testing teams to ensure implementation.
• Support post-implementation / production issues and functional troubleshooting.
