• Ability to define scope, create detailed plans, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to utilize AI for day-to-day program management.

Role : Technical Project Manager

10+ years experience in project management experience within an application support environment

Must to have :: Candidate has worked At Least One CITI/\"Citi Bank\" Project in Past.

• Mandatory experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain, with strong preference for Credit Card and Fraud Management technology experience.


• Experience supporting or delivering technology initiatives for Fraud Operations organizations.


• Experience working across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs), driving alignment and delivery among diverse business and technology stakeholders.


• Experience in a global financial institution, preferably Citi, is highly desirable.


• Track record for managing large scale technology programs using Agile and Hybrid methodology


• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and/or similar project management tools


• In depth technical understanding of software components such as Microservices, API, Rest/SOAP, On Prem/Cloud, etc.


• Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills


• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one-time


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate project goals, progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.


• Capacity to influence decision-making and negotiate solutions that balance stakeholder needs with project objectives.


• Ability to use AI for day-to-day program management work.


• PMP, CSM, ACP certifications are a plus

• Candidates should have Technical Depth and passion to drive


• Fraud domain knowledge is most preferred. If they did not, they must atleast have experience in managing complex programs in financial industry.


• They must have good knowledge of solution and architecture behind the programs they have managed


• It is important that they explain these well across the projects they have listed in their resumes during the interview
