You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, timelines, risk, and stakeholder expectations across cross-functional teams. The role requires strong Agile leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of payment processing workflows (cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology projects.
• Payments/FinTech domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payment workflows and rails (cards, UPI, NEFT/RTGS).

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead with 5+ years of experience managing technology projects and delivering payment solutions within the banking, financial services, or FinTech domain. The ideal candidate should have strong project planning, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and risk management skills, along with a good understanding of payment systems and payment processing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for payment technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, business, operations, and external vendor teams.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring effective resolution.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Monitor delivery progress, prepare status reports, and communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective coordination across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Oversee testing, UAT, release planning, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance, security standards, regulatory requirements, and delivery processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, team collaboration, and project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or technology project delivery.
• Experience working in the Payments, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech domain.
• Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, payment gateways, transaction processing, and payment integrations.
• Knowledge of payment systems such as cards, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT, or other payment rails is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with knowledge of Waterfall delivery practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple project dependencies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, identify delivery risks, and drive projects to successful completion.
