Job summary

New Vision Softcom & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd in Pune is seeking an experienced technical project manager to lead end-to-end technology projects. You will coordinate with client, engineering, and executive teams to deliver high-impact initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong technical background, and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and drive agile processes across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in technical project management or IT leadership.
• Expertise in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, databases, system architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, microservices, and API integration.
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance.
• Strong interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning, executing, and managing technical projects from initiation to completion.

Objectives of this role

Required skills and qualifications

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Familiarity with budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages.
