This role is based in Pune and requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of application development projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project roadblocks, providing timely resolutions to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, updates, and reports for stakeholders.

Technical Oversight

• Collaborate with development teams (backend, frontend, and mobile) to ensure alignment on architecture, design, and implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and problem‑solving support to teams during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance across applications.
• Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and technologies.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and clients to define project requirements and scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project‑related communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations in terms of quality, functionality, and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or PMP/Agile certification is a plus.

Experience

• 10‑13 years of experience in application development, with hands‑on exposure to backend, frontend, and mobile app development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical projects.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python).
• Expertise in frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Proficiency in mobile app development (e.g., iOS, Android, Flutter).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
