Job summary

Sacumen - Security Thought Partner is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to own delivery across engineering projects from scope through rollout. You will define project scope, build plans, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with HR staffing and vendors, reporting project health via KPIs, and maintaining documentation. Immediate joiners preferred; Bangalore-based candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience, with 3+ years in Project Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical project management.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and metrics.
• Experience managing multiple tech stacks and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, including feasibility.
• Hands-on with RACI, RAID, and RAG.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress.
• Work with HR staffing on resource fulfillment and allocation.
• Set up KPIs and measure project performance with dashboards.
• Create metrics diagrams and process flow diagrams for project needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for execution.
• Meet budget objectives and adjust constraints via financial analysis.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Create and maintain project documentation across lifecycle.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to own delivery across our engineering projects, from scope definition through rollout. In this role, you will define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, build the plan to track progress, and keep delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.You will work closely with engineering, HR staffing, and third‑party vendors to keep resourcing and execution aligned, while managing client relationships and reporting on project health through metrics dashboards and KPIs.

Qualification

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. A Project Management certification (CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is preferred.

Experience

10 to 15 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in Project Management. Good experience in stakeholder management and technical project management, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and metrics.

• Create and maintain project documentation across the project lifecycle.

Skills and Competencies

Mandatory Skills

• Strong working knowledge of JIRA for creating work items and dashboards for Scrum/Kanban, and Confluence.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Tools (metrics reports, proposals, meeting minutes, action item tracking).
• Experience managing at least 3 concurrent projects, from initiation through rollout (kickoff, estimation, release to production), in Java/Spring/Microservices and/or TypeScript/ReactJS, including third‑party integration.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, packaging (Docker, Kubernetes orchestration), and release/deployment on cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of delivery excellence metrics, cost, and revenue management.
• Ability to proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.

Added Advantage Skills

• Project Management certification: CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM.
