• Lead and oversee the end‑to‑end execution of complex technical projects, from project initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and manage cross‑functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, and providing guidance to team members.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across different teams, departments, and external vendors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and optimizing project management processes.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, fostering their professional growth.

Required skills
