We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the services delivery of complex software products in the Unified Commerce / Retail Technology space. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, product thinking, and delivery excellence, with the ability to drive multiple parallel projects across cross‑functional teams while ensuring speed, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The TPM will act as the bridge between product owners, development, QA, implementation, and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance retail solutions across POS, OMS, eCommerce, payments, inventory, and 3rd party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple software product projects in parallel, from requirements to production release.
- Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive Agile/Scrum execution (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests proactively.
- Ensure predictable delivery with a strong focus on timely delivery and quality.
- Regular calls with customers/partners to align on the deliverables and go‑live strategy.
- Ensure billable utilization of resources with alignment on planned deliverables for project work.
Technical Leadership
- Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand: APIs and integrations, performance, scalability, and security considerations, database structure.
- Review technical designs and participate in solution discussions to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Maintain the balance between scope, timelines, and technical debt.
- Support troubleshooting of production issues, root‑cause analysis, and post‑delivery analysis.
Unified Commerce & Retail Domain Execution
Deliver solutions across Unified Commerce components such as:
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Inventory & Supply Chain
- Promotions & Pricing
- Payments & Market localization compliance
- eCommerce & Marketplace integrations
- Understand regional retail requirements (taxation, offline POS, high availability).
- Act as the primary delivery interface for internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
- Provide clear and transparent status reporting, including risks and mitigation plans.
- Drive customer value realization through measurable outcomes.
Quality & Governance
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and release governance.
- Drive automated testing, CI/CD adoption, and release readiness.
- Monitor delivery KPIs such as velocity, defect leakage, cycle time, and SLA adherence.
- Perform any additional tasks/functions as required by the Company.
Experience and Skills
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of:
- Modern software architectures (Microservices, APIs, event‑driven systems)
- Cloud platforms (Azure or GCP)
- Databases (MySQL)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- GIT Hub source code management tool
- Good to have a know‑how of AI‑based engineering tools
- Hands‑on experience working with development teams using Java / Springboot, Hibernate, AngularJS, React native, or similar tech stacks.
- Experience integrating with third‑party systems (payment gateways, ERP, marketplaces).
Project Management Skills
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced product environment.
- Expertise in estimation, capacity planning, dependency management, and release planning.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, GIT, GIT Copilot, or similar.
Domain Experience
- Experience in Retail, POS, eCommerce, OMS, or Unified Commerce platforms is highly preferred.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8–12+ years of experience in software delivery, with 3–5+ years as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Experience working in product‑based SaaS companies is a strong plus.
