Job summary

DeltaX is seeking a technically-minded Project Manager to own client integrations and technical setups end-to-end. You will work with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions, drive implementation, testing, UAT, go-live, and BAU handoff.

As the technical SME for new requirements and solutioning, you will manage multiple projects with strong stakeholder alignment and timely delivery, bridging business needs with technical execution

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Implementation, or Integrations.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks, UAT, and data pipelines; translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across clients, Success, Product, and Engineering.
• End-to-end project ownership including implementations, onboarding, documentation, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own technical implementations and integrations end-to-end, from requirement gathering and scoping to UAT, go-live, and BAU handoff.
• Understand client requirements across advertising platforms, reporting, attribution, data, and workflows, translate into technical specs.
• Act as the technical bridge between clients, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, driving timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Track project progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate with context for resolution.
• Support Customer Success with technical solutioning and maintain documentation of integrations and status.
• Build and improve SOPs, checklists, and implementation templates to scale delivery.

Act as the technical SME for new requirements and solutioning across existing accounts. Manage multiple projects while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and timely delivery. Key responsibilities:

• Own technical implementations and integrations end-to-end, from requirement gathering and scoping to UAT, go-live, and BAU handoff.
• Understand client requirements across advertising platforms, reporting, attribution, data, and workflows, and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Act as the technical bridge between clients, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, driving discussions, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Track project progress, identify risks, blockers, and scope changes, and proactively escalate them with the right context for resolution.
• Support Customer Success teams with technical solutioning for existing accounts while maintaining clear documentation of integrations, configurations, dependencies, and implementation status.
• Build and improve SOPs, checklists, and implementation templates while identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to make technical delivery more scalable.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Implementation, or Integrations, preferably in IT, SaaS, MarTech, or product-based companies.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, webhooks, UAT, and basic data pipelines, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across clients, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• End-to-end project ownership, with experience managing implementations, technical onboarding, documentation, and process improvements.
• Proficiency in project/ticketing tools such as JIRA, Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Linear; exposure to Postman or API documentation is a plus.
