Job description

Experience Level: 2–4 years

Our core platform is built on modern .NET, Vue.js, REST APIs, MS SQL Server, and background services, following a modular architecture that supports scalable web applications. We also leverage cutting‑edge AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and semantic search, to add intelligence and value to our products.

As a full‑stack developer, you will have the opportunity to work at web‑scale on a wide array of challenges, building features that combine robust software engineering with AI‑driven capabilities to enhance user experiences and drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and test code according to engineering standards and practices.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of your code — from development and testing to deploying features/modules in production.
• Participate in design discussions and help shape technical solutions.
• Review code, share feedback, and mentor junior engineers in best practices.
• Implement scalable code that is clear, concise, tested, and easily understood by others.
• Effectively communicate progress and issues with the team.

Skills required to succeed in this role

• 2–4 years of experience building full‑stack web applications.
• Strong fundamentals in relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with writing clean, scalable code for web applications using .NET Core (or similar backend technologies like Java Spring, Django, Laravel etc).
• Exposure to database modeling, object‑oriented programming, and test‑first development (TDD/BDD).
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and AI/ML systems or integrating AI‑driven features into applications.
• Hands‑on experience deploying features or modules to production.

Good to have skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Understanding of event‑driven systems or messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
