• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager.
• 2+ years in digital agency environments or technology consulting.
• Experience delivering CX applications, CMS implementations, and MarTech solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and implementation activities with clear scope, goals, deliverables and timelines.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget while upholding quality standards.
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders and global clients.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices for efficient execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across development, QA, UX and BA.
• Create and maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

You will work closely with internal technical teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and global clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile project management, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and managing distributed teams in a technology consulting or digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

Lead project planning and implementation activities by defining:

• Project scope
• Goals
• Deliverables
• Timelines

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact between:

• Technical teams
• Business stakeholders
• Global clients

Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders

Translate project objectives into actionable plans for cross-functional teams

Project Monitoring & Risk Management

Monitor and track project progress against schedules and milestones

Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively

Implement mitigation plans to minimize project risks

Manage project budgets and resource forecasts effectively

Agile Project Execution

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:

• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint planning
• Retrospectives
• Backlog reviews

Support teams in following Agile best practices for efficient execution

Ensure transparency in sprint progress and delivery commitments

Cross-functional Team Coordination

Manage project delivery across teams such as:

• Development
• QA
• UX / Design
• Business Analysts

Coordinate dependencies and ensure alignment between teams

Drive accountability and ownership across project stakeholders

Documentation & Reporting

Create and maintain project documentation including:

• Project plans
• Status reports
• Risk logs
• Resource plans

Provide regular project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in:

• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Or a related field

5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager

Minimum 2 years of experience in:

• Digital agency environments
• Technology consulting organizations

Strong experience delivering projects in at least one of the following:

• Customer Experience (CX) Applications
• CMS Implementations
• MarTech Solutions

Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams

Strong understanding of:

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Agile
• Scrum
• Kanban

Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:

• Jira
• Trello
• Asana

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification

Knowledge of:

• Modern web technologies
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Software architecture
