Job summary

Weavings Manpower Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution of technical projects and client deployments in fast-paced event environments. You will bridge business, product, engineering, and client teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of event technology platforms and solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically sound, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders across on-ground events, with hands-on experience in delivery

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional, technology-driven projects
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to deployment and closure; define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics; manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables; ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Work closely with engineering teams on platform features, integrations, and deployments; oversee implementation of event technology solutions including platforms, dashboards, and integrations; ensure performance, scalability, and reliability; support architectural discussions.
• Act as primary point of contact between internal teams and clients; communicate project status and risks; coordinate with product, design, operations, and business teams; manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
• Implement project management best practices; track KPIs and delivery metrics; identify process gaps; support on-ground event execution from a technology and coordination standpoint.

solutions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically sound, and comfortable managing multiple
stakeholders in fast-paced, on-ground event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Delivery Management
