Job summary

Codecraft Technologies in India seeks a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software projects. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and roadmaps, and drive governance for multiple initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in IT, deep Agile/Scrum expertise, hands-on tech background, and familiarity with cloud-native, AI/GenAI solutions, plus Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with at least 3+ years in Technical Project Manager or Engineering Delivery Manager role.
• Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of cloud-native, enterprise web, mobile, and AI/GenAI solutions.
• Strong technical background with hands-on software development, engineering, or solution architecture.
• Deep working knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and exposure to Data Engineering, AI/GenAI concepts, and frameworks.
• Expert-level command over Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, risk mitigation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, delivery, and closure of multiple concurrent enterprise software projects.
• Define project scope, detailed delivery roadmaps, resource allocation, milestones, budgets, and project financials.
• Ensure on-time delivery with high quality while proactively managing risks, dependencies, assumptions, and RAID logs.
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Track project progress, velocity, sprint metrics, and KPIs to maintain project governance and transparent status reporting.
• Collaborate directly with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads on technical decisions, design reviews, and architectural trade-offs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, conducting regular status reviews and resolving escalations effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and foster high-performing engineering teams while driving hiring, performance management, and talent retention.
• Participate in solutioning discussions, effort estimations, RFP responses, proposal preparation, and SOW creation.

CORE REQUIREMENTS :

12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Delivery Manager role.

Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of cloud-native, enterprise web, mobile, and AI/ML solutions.

Strong technical background with prior hands-on experience in software development, engineering, or solution architecture.

Deep working knowledge of modern engineering paradigms, Microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and exposure to Data Engineering, AI/GenAI concepts, and frameworks. Expert-level command over Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
