About the Role

We deliver complex enterprise software projects across multiple clients simultaneously. We need a project manager who understands technology deeply enough to have meaningful conversations with engineers, and who can keep multiple workstreams on track without micromanaging. You will own delivery timelines, client communication, and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and deliver software projects on time and within scope
• Coordinate between engineering, design, and client stakeholders
• Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Manage project documentation, timelines, and status reporting
• Identify blockers and escalate issues before they become critical
• Ensure quality standards are met before client delivery
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills — ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar)
• Ability to identify risks early and proactively manage scope and expectations
