Job summary

Noventiq India is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Microsoft Azure Cloud Enablement and Innovation projects. You will coordinate regional teams, sales, engineers, and architects to deliver cloud initiatives on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires 5+ years in technical project management, strong certifications, and excellent English communication across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Project Management for large cloud migration/innovation projects.
• Professional certifications: PMP/Prince2/CSPO/CSM/SAFe Agile.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile (SCRUM, XP, Lean, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem solving with technical proficiency.
• Experience working with virtual teams across time zones and cultures.
• Fluent International English.

• End to end project management of multiple Microsoft Azure Cloud Enablement and Innovation projects.
• Identify, clarify, and communicate the vision/objective(s) of the projects to all team members.
• Lead all customer facing conversations regarding project expectation setting, execution & risks and issues management.
• Work with regional/in-country teams, sales, engineers and architects to design and execute the end-to-end plan.
• Manage priorities, scope, schedule and budget; mitigate risks to milestones.
• Lead discussions with senior leadership; translate technical details into business language.

About You

• 5 years+ in a Technical Project Management role dealing with large complex cloud migration / Innovation projects
• Recognised professional certification: PMP/Prince 2/CSPO/CSM/SaFe Agile
• Experience with different project management frameworks e.g., Waterfall, Agile including SCRUM, XP, Lean & Kanban
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a strong technical proficiency / comprehension
• Ability to work across team boundaries to get things done.
• Experience working with virtual teams across multiple time zones and cultures
• Deep experience of conflict management and proactive issue resolution
• Ability to positively influence customers and stakeholders, and properly manage divergent expectations
• Ability to manage internal as well as external resources in a virtual team of people implementing complex IT solutions
• Ability to directly manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Speak fluent International English
• Strong oral and written communications
• Strong sense of personal responsibility for delivering quality work
• Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organisational skill
• Excellent presentation skills with significant experience communicating to all interested stakeholders including Noventiq’s customers

What You ‘ll Do

• End to end project management of multiple Microsoft Azure Cloud Enablement and Innovation projects. (Migration & Value Add services)
• Identify, clarify, and communicate the vision / objective(s) of the projects to all team members.
• Lead all customer facing conversations regarding project expectation setting, execution & risks and issues management.
• Work closely with highly capable resources spread across the project value chain (Regional / in country management team, sales, solution sales, engineers, and architects. Centrally (GDC) based engineers and architects, OEM architects and consultants, customer IT function roles and stakeholders) to design, initiate and execute the end-to-end plan that delivers the service to the client.
• Bring a customer focused mindset with ability to multi – task and manage conflicting priorities, see the big picture while paying attention to the details and navigate complex processes with ease to deliver project goals and objectives on time, budget & quality.
• Manage and track project scope, schedule and budget while proactively mitigating risks that could impact milestones and deliverables.
• Comfortably lead discussions, regularly communicating with senior leadership across the whole project in Noventiq, its vendors and the customer. Be able to translate technical details into business language to enabling decision making across the project.
