Qualifications And Experience Required
- B.Com./MBA/BBA with 4–7 years of relevant corporate banking experience.
- The role envisages about 75% of daily time on banking activities, and 25% on accounting for the banking transactions and periodically getting these audited from internal/external auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily cash balances, fixed deposits, payments, bank guarantees opening & closing, factoring and cash drawls, tracking repayments of bank facilities used, tracking forward contracts etc.
- Submitting various information and bank reports such as UFCE certificate, working capital reports, bank account opening and maintenance documents, board resolutions etc.
- Liaison with bank staff, relationship managers on daily banking operations.
- Supporting the Controller/CFO during renewals of banking lines.
- Accounting and validation of bank charges.
- Monthly book closing schedules related to banking, getting these accounts audited periodically.
