Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Bengaluru and Pune seeks an experienced Project Manager with a data engineering focus to drive delivery in IT services and the banking sector. You will manage end-to-end delivery, client communications, and agile delivery across cross-functional teams.

Requirements include 10+ years in PM, hands-on Datastage/Netezza/SQL/Snowflake/Informatica, and Banking/BFSI domain experience. This full-time role requires roster management and delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in IT services or consulting.
• Strong expertise in data engineering tech such as Datastage, Netezza, SQL, Snowflake, Informatica.
• Experience managing L3 support projects in Banking/BFSI domains.
• Proven delivery management, client communications, and agile execution.
• Leadership to manage cross-functional teams and shift/roster management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, and quality.
• Handle Fixed Price Delivery, effort estimation, forecasting, and project metrics tracking.
• Oversee L3 support operations, shift scheduling, SLA adherence, and escalations.
• Lead and mentor technical teams; handle performance, productivity, and workload planning.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, reporting, and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
• Manage client communications, stakeholder expectations, and business alignment.
• Create user stories, requirements documentation and ensure alignment with outcomes.
• Support change management, process improvements, and delivery governance.
