Support the LV/MV Partner Business in the Partner Business by orchestrating collaboration between internal teams, Panel Builders, and Sales/Business Development. The primary objective is to drive sustainable business growth, Quality compliance and project excellence, with a specialized focus in bringing partner in SE expectation level to deliver complied product in market to enrich the footprint of Schneider solution.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy & Segment Focus
- Technical Transfer: Manage the Technical Transfer File (TTF) process for partners, ensuring mastery of LV & MV switchboard solutions.
- Project/Panel Specification: Support partners in navigating high specification in LV & MV project requirements, focusing on Quality, right design selection, and footprint optimization.
- Opportunity Conversion: Collaborate with panel builders to identify, qualify, and convert high-value opportunities.
- Proposal Support: Lead the preparation/support of complex technical/commercial proposals for strategic customer projects.
- Digitalization: Drive the deployment of Digital Switchboards at partner sites.
- Quality: Ensuring the highest standards of Quality and Technical Compliance.
Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Coordinate with Panel builder partners for project opportunities, technical clarifications, and order closure support.
- Audit: Surprise audit, Minor audit, annual audit for Process & Product manufacturing
- Ensure partners follow Schneider Electric Quality standards and specifications for LV & MV systems.
- Regular Product Training to Partners
Project Coordination
- Track project pipeline, and order execution for LV & MV projects at Partner place.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, tendering, supply chain) to ensure timely responses and delivery.
Market Intelligence
- Collect and analyze competitor activity, market trends, and upcoming projects in the LV & MV switchboard space.
- Provide insights to improve market positioning of LV & MV solutions.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with Offer Management, LOB Team, Engineering, Customer care and supply chain teams.
- Support marketing initiatives, partner training programs, and customer presentations.
Key Deliverables / KPIs
- Quality and Technical Compliance
- Partner Query Management and tender support turnaround time
- Partner engagement and activation
- Audits (Surprise audit, Minor audit, annual audit and Annual audit)
- Training (TTF Training, Product Training, Process training & IEC standard Training)
- On-site visits at customer/partner site (including key projects site for executed projects)
- Pipeline creation and opportunity tracking for LV & MV projects
- Revenue contribution through project closures
- Market intelligence reports wrt to panel industry
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of LV & MV switchboards / electrical distribution systems (Non- negotiable)
- Panel Manufacturing process knowledge (Non- negotiable)
- Audit knowledge (Non- negotiable)

- Strong communication and presentation skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- 10-15 years’ experience in electrical panels, switchgear, or power distribution solutions
- Experience with EPCs, and Panel Builders or any large scale OEM is highly preferred.
