Job summary

Larsen & Toubro-Vyoma is seeking a Development Program Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of an integrated cloud framework and automation platform spanning the full quote-to-cash lifecycle.

You will bridge business, engineering, and operations to ensure provisioning, billing, monitoring, and lifecycle management tools are aligned across the cloud and Managed Service ecosystem, delivering scalable, secure solutions at pace.

Qualifications

  • Educational qualification: BE/B-Tech or equivalent in Computer Science or ECE
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in program management within cloud infrastructure, automation, or enterprise IT transformation
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash workflows and how CRM, ERP, billing, provisioning, and monitoring integrate
  • Experience with cloud orchestration tools and ITSM platforms
  • Proficiency in API management, workflow automation, and DevOps toolchains
  • Familiarity with cloud cost management, billing automation, and FinOps
  • Excellent project management, agile, backlog prioritization, sprint tracking
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination
  • Understanding of Managed service operations and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of the Cloud Framework and Tools Integration program, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget.
  • Manage the full quote-to-cash automation cycle, integrating sales quoting, provisioning, orchestration, billing, and reporting systems.
  • Define program roadmap, milestones, and success metrics, and ensure timely execution by coordinating multiple workstreams.
  • Establish governance, sprint planning, and tracking mechanisms for development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and product teams to define a unified cloud management framework.
  • Lead integration of core tools across domains — CRM, ERP, Billing, Cloud Orchestration, Monitoring, and Customer Portals.
  • Oversee API integration, automation workflows, and data synchronization between systems to deliver a frictionless operational flow.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish KPIs for operational efficiency, time-to-provision, and automation effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce manual intervention.
  • Introduce DevOps, FinOps, and AI Ops practices into the automation and operations layer where feasible.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (degree, training, or certification required)

BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics & Communication

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)

  • About 6-10 Years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in program management within cloud infrastructure, automation, or enterprise IT transformation.
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows, including CRM, ERP, billing, provisioning, and monitoring integration.
  • Experience with cloud orchestration tools (e.g., OpenStack, VMware vRealize, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Proficiency in API management, workflow automation, and DevOps toolchains.
  • Familiarity with cloud cost management, billing automation, and FinOps principles.
  • Excellent project management skills – agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, sprint management, and milestone tracking.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination abilities.
  • Understanding of Managed service operations, capacity management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into executable technical programs with measurable outcomes.
