You will drive end-to-end software projects, coordinating product, business, and engineering teams while translating business needs into executable technical workstreams.

The role emphasizes agile leadership, risk management, and clear communication of constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech from a top tier engineering college.
• Mandatory 1-2 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer or equivalent technical role.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies and program management is a plus.
• Technology savvy and knowledge of SaaS, Cloud technologies, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software projects, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product Management, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering. Explain technical constraints to non-techies and business logic to developers.
• Own the 'How' and the 'When.' Drive sprint planning, manage dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and mitigate risks before they impact the timeline.
• Implement and refine Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve engineering velocity without compromising code quality.
• Translate high-level business objectives into technical workstreams and Jira epics.
