About the Role:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background who has evolved from hands‑on development into program leadership. The ideal candidate should have started their career in Java/Open Source technologies and possess extensive experience managing large‑scale enterprise software initiatives, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex enterprise programs from inception to successful delivery.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams.
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leaders on solutioning and modernization programs.
• Track program milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership and customers.

Required Skills:

• Strong technical foundation in Java/Open Source technologies.
• Prior experience as Developer, Technical Lead, Architect, or Engineering Lead before moving into Program Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale software development and digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of:
