Job summary

techcarrot seeks an experienced Technical Product Analyst - HR with a strong focus on HR technologies, especially SAP SuccessFactors. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver HR tech solutions that meet business needs.

You will act as a SME for SuccessFactors modules, collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, and manage the backlog for the year while staying abreast of SAP updates and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience with SuccessFactors modules (4+ years) as senior consultant or equivalent.
• Strong HR processes and systems knowledge.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, or related field.
• Certification in SuccessFactors preferred.

Job Description:

• Seeking an experienced Technical Product Analyst - HR with a strong background in HR technologies, mainly SuccessFactors to join our dynamic Corporate Technology team.
• The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and technical user stories, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions.
• This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and engineering, to ensure that our HR technology solutions meet the needs of the business.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, and system architecture for integration – having experience implementing in MENA countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors core HR Employee Central & Talent Modules - Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals management
• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clearly defined user stories for IT development
• Maintain and groom the product backlog for SuccessFactors modules for the year.
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria and business value.
• Stay updated with SAP product releases and innovations and assess the impact on current solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors APIs to facilitate functional assistance for integration needs to SAP and non-SAP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a senior consultant or similar role with SuccessFactors modules (4+ years’ experience)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
• Certification in SuccessFactors modules preferred
