SuccessFactors Integration and Technical Analyst
We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Integration and Technical Analyst to join our team. As an Integration and Technical Analyst, your role will own technical architecture, develop integrations and other technical solutions across different modules on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, and serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support integrations between SuccessFactors and downstream/upstream systems (Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IAM)
- Support APIs, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), middleware, and file‑based interfaces
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and interface failures
- Manage IDOCs, OData APIs, and scheduled jobs
- Support security roles, provisioning, and transport management
- Partner with functional analysts on technical feasibility and design
- Lead technical regression testing for releases and enhancements
- Support data loads and mass updates
- Coordinate UAT with HRIS and HR stakeholders
- Document technical solutions, decisions, and change impacts
- Develop proofs of concept to showcase proposed solutions
- Support audits and compliance reporting
- Provide guidance in the definition of solution design practices and standards that link back to SAP best practices
- Provide recommendations for integrating with SAP and third‑party HCM systems
- Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resources
- Communicate project status, escalations, and manage timelines and action items
- Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with diverse business, functional, and technical teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Good English language skills (written and verbal)
