Job summary

techcarrot is seeking an experienced Technical Product Analyst - HR to join our Corporate Technology team in Hyderabad. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and work with HR, IT and engineering to deliver HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors.

The role requires expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, API integrations, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on Employee Central, Talent Modules, Recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, HR, business administration or related field.
• 4+ years experience with SuccessFactors and HR technology implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate into functional and technical user stories.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and engineering to deliver HR technology solutions.
• Maintain and groom backlog for SuccessFactors modules throughout the year.

Job Description:

• Seeking an experienced Technical Product Analyst - HR with a strong background in HR technologies, mainly SuccessFactors to join our dynamic Corporate Technology team.
  
• The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional and technical user stories, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions.
  
• This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and engineering, to ensure that our HR technology solutions meet the needs of the business.
  
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, and system architecture for integration – having experience implementing in MENA countries.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SuccessFactors core HR Employee Central & Talent Modules - Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals management
  
• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clearly defined user stories for IT development
  
• Maintain and groom the product backlog for SuccessFactors modules for the year.
  
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  
• Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to ensure delivery meets acceptance criteria and business value.
  
• Stay updated with SAP product releases and innovations and assess the impact on current solutions.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors APIs to facilitate functional assistance for integration needs to SAP and non-SAP systems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s ormaster’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.
  
• Provenexperience as a senior consultant or similar role with SuccessFactorsmodules (4+ years’ experience)
  
• Strongunderstanding of HR processes and systems.
  
• Certificationin SuccessFactors modules preferred
