Job summary

Windows Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Gurgaon seeks a Technical Manager with 10+ years of end-to-end Technical Facility Management experience across corporate offices and large-scale infrastructure.

You will oversee HVAC systems, high-side equipment, MEP services, safety procedures, preventive maintenance, energy optimisation, vendor management, and budgeting to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end Technical Facility Management for corporate offices.
• Experience with high-side equipment including HVAC, chillers, transformers, boilers, utilities.
• Experience in vendor management, AMC contracts and service delivery.
• Experience in OPEX/CAPEX planning and cost optimisation.
• Strong client and stakeholder management.
• Experience organizing fire drills and safety programs in line with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Identify potential faults and minimise unexpected breakdowns.
• Lead energy optimisation initiatives for high-side equipment.
• Manage service agreements, AMC contracts and SLAs.
• Oversee OPEX/CAPEX budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate vendor performance and escalations.

Job Title- Technical Manager

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Gurgaon

• 10 years of relevant experience in end-to-end Technical facility management of corporate offices, with responsibility for multiple buildings and large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience in Technical Facility Management, covering technical operations, maintenance, equipment reliability, and day-to-day facility operations.
• Hands-on experience managing high-side equipment, including HVAC systems, chillers, transformers, boilers, utilities, switchgears, and cooling towers.
• Experience managing building systems, including fire and life safety systems, MEP services, and critical utilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Experience planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting equipment inspections, identifying potential faults, and minimising unexpected breakdowns.
• Implemented energy optimisation initiatives for high-side equipment to improve operational efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and optimise maintenance costs.
• Experience managing service agreements, AMC contracts, and vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and service-level requirements.
• Experience in vendor management, including contract negotiations, service delivery monitoring, invoice verification, and coordination for timely resolution of operational issues.
• Experience managing facility budgets, including OPEX/CAPEX planning, expense tracking, cost control, budget forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Strong client and stakeholder management experience, including regular reviews, operational updates, escalation handling, and coordination to ensure client satisfaction.
• Experience organising and conducting fire drills, emergency response exercises, and safety awareness activities in compliance with established safety procedures.
