Shift Mode: Rotational shifts and week offs

Role & responsibilities:

6-8 years overall experience and 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

• Team management: Should have proven experience in managing a team of 8 to 10 members.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage end-to-end engagement with internal executive

leadership.

• Operational Excellence: Strong background in managing large-scale, fast-paced operations

and redefining strategies to improve efficiency.

• SLA & Backlog Management: Discipline in monitoring daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving the clearance of complex ticket backlogs.

• Influence Without Authority: Excellent communication skills used to align cross-functional teams and external partners toward a common quality goal.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Basic understanding of Python scripting is preferred.
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and response codes.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands.
• Basic understanding of databases and cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, Datadog,

ServiceNow, or Jira.

• Familiarity with JIRA administration and automations, including workflows, fields,

permissions, screens, and project configurations.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
