Job summary

Quest Global Bengaluru seeks a seasoned DFT Lead to drive MBIST, SSN, ATPG and gate-level simulations, delivering pattern delivery and ATE bring-up. You will mentor junior engineers across multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust verification flows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DFT/MBIST projects with SB/SSN and ATPG.
