We are currently seeking a skilled DFT Design Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. As a DFT Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Design for Testability (DFT) solutions for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop DFT architectures and methodologies for complex integrated circuits
• Work closely with the design team to ensure DFT requirements are met
• Implement scan insertion, ATPG, and BIST techniques
• Perform DFT verification and debug
