Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a senior DFT engineer to own end-to-end DFT execution for assigned programs in Bengaluru. You will lead a focused DFT engineering team, mentor engineers, and balance deep technical work with predictable delivery while serving as a technical advisor to global customers.

The role requires translating customer requirements into scalable DFT solutions, building long-term trust with clients, and contributing to accelerators and internal knowledge repositories across silicon

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in DFT architecture and implementations.
• Exposure to silicon lifecycle ownership (RTL to production).
• Ability to think like a consultant and engineer simultaneously.

  • Debug and analysis scripts
  • Coverage tracking frameworks
• Ability to think like a consultant and engineer simultaneously.
• Prior experience in engineering services organizations with strong domain focus.
• Exposure to silicon lifecycle ownership (from RTL to production).
• Experience in

  • Yield enhancement and manufacturability improvements
• Demonstrated ability to
