Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hands-on technical lead in DFT execution at SoC and netlist levels.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers effectively.
• Familiarity with MBIST, OCC, EDT Insertion, Scan Insertion, ATPG, GLS, SDC, FSDB4IR_Drop.
