You will collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA, and clients to ensure technical quality. The role requires strong leadership, architecture knowledge, and experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure integration between development, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.

The candidate will work closely with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and clients to ensure technical quality and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development teams across projects.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to engineers.
• Review technical requirements, architecture, design, and implementation approaches.
• Ensure development follows coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
• Work with Project Managers to plan technical activities, estimates, dependencies, and timelines.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and blockers.
• Conduct code, architecture, and technical design reviews.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on technical discussions when required.
• Support recruitment, technical interviews, onboarding, and team development.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, quality, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure successful integration between development, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong software development background with leadership/management experience.
• Experience managing developers and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern technology stack.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• IT services or software consulting experience is preferred.
