Job summary

Greenated Clima Tech in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Technical Lead to drive design, development and delivery of scalable software solutions. You will translate business needs into architecture and oversee cross-functional teams across product, QA and DevOps.

Lead the SDLC, define coding standards, mentor engineers and ensure performance, security and timely delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners on roadmap and participate in agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, process flows, and workflow diagrams.

• Lead the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and technology best practices.
• Conduct technical design reviews and code reviews.
• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance.

• Work closely with Product Owners on product planning and roadmap execution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Estimate project effort, timelines, and resource requirements.
