You will lead data ingestion, identity resolution, activation, and seamless integration with MarTech tools while guiding teams and ensuring data quality and privacy.

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to architect and deliver customer engagement solutions leveraging both Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP). This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in creating unified customer profiles, real-time personalization strategies, and data-driven marketing experiences across digital channels. The successful candidate will lead the design of scalable data and personalization architectures, oversee data ingestion, identity resolution, audience activation, and real-time decisioning, while ensuring seamless integration between Data Cloud, MCP, and the broader MarTech ecosystem. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, analytics, product, and engineering teams to drive highly personalized customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
