Job summary

Merkle in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to architect and deliver data cloud solutions with MCP expertise. You will drive ingestion, unification, and activation of customer data, integrating with Marketing Cloud components and other MarTech tools.

The role requires hands-on work with Data Cloud, MCP, Journey Builder, and APIs, plus strong SQL/Python/JavaScript skills. You will mentor juniors and collaborate across marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion, unification, and activation.
• Strong identity resolution, consent management, and customer profile stitching.
• Experience with MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio in Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and data connectors.
