Qualifications

• Several years of Python development experience.
• Experience designing complex engineering or web applications.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and REST APIs.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good English language skills and technical leadership.

Your Tasks

• Technical lead for Python-based engineering and digitalization applications within the global development organization.
• Development and maintenance of digital solutions for engineering processes, automation, data processing and AI-supported applications.
• Support and coaching of the development team through technical guidance, code reviews and knowledge transfer.
• Analysis of business requirements and creation of technical concepts and software architectures.
• Independent development of complex backend services, APIs and application components using Python.
• Responsibility for software quality, development standards and technical documentation.
• Support of Kubernetes-based deployments, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Coordination of technical activities with stakeholders and development teams.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering Informatics or similar.
• Several years of experience in software development with Python.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex engineering, enterprise or web-based applications.
• Good knowledge of software architecture, databases, REST APIs and modern development practices.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to understand engineering processes, derive technical concepts and implement solutions independently.
• Strong communication skills and experience in technical leadership.
• Good English language skills
